➤ "… you can clearly see that the musicians not only understand each other blindly, but always strive to give 150 % ... due to the energy and palpable passion, the purposeful cracker 'Roll With The Changes' should be mentioned as a play tip, which sums up the charisma of the band well …"
(Hardline)

➤ "... one of the best newcomer exclamation marks of recent times ... heavy heaviness and riff power ... almost crush you due to the impulsive dynamics delivered to the point ... really strong Heavy/Thrash metal album that must be heard (also on bigger labels) ..."
(Rock Castle Franken)

➤ "... should provide plenty of movement in front of the stage or the speakers ... has a lot of catchy hooks to offer, and the rough vocals of frontman Steve do the rest to give the songs a certain sharpness and aggressiveness ... the mixture of raw Metal and Thrash will certainly find its followers ..."
(Hellfire)

➤ "One of the last jaw-droppers of the year … Heavy Metal with groove and melody in the spirit of tradition ... elemental force in vocals and sound ... despite all the melodies, evil in vocals and stubborn in expression ... can drive the noggin of every banger into ecstasy ... skull-splitting songs ..."
(Saitenkult)

➤ "… shows the raw passion for music and hard band work ... honest old school Thrash with a modern touch ... roughly speaking, they actually play Heavy Metal. In addition to the riffs, which are aimed at the USA in terms of style, there are Iron Maiden-style guitar leads. Vocalist Steve Kaya's really rough vocals contradict this, but that's exactly what gives the music that certain something extra …"
(Paranoyd Magazin)

➤ "... continue on their unwavering path ... alongside the US Metal-like riffs, there are also beautiful Iron Maiden-like guitar melody runs - in stark contrast to this is the rather rough vocals of Steve Kaya, which give the whole thing a dirty note - this also explains the otherwise rather inappropriate term Groove Metal ... the production is clean and powerful for a self-pressing."
(Crossfire)

➤ "… many strong leads and memorable riffs. The guitars saw out of the speakers with a lot of pressure ... BLESSED CHILD unpack the truncheon often enough to feel at home in melodic Thrash instead of thrashy Heavy Metal ... with heart and soul in the matter …"
(Metal DE)
➤ "… a helluva sophomore … a perfect blend of old school Thrash with some interesting melodic and NWBHM elements … not a single filler, incredible solos and riffage …"
(Heavy Metal Best)
➤ "… a veritable battering ram assault through the 8 strong tracks, squeezed into just over 36 minutes so there's not much room to breathe along the way - and it's great!"
(Rancor Metalzine)
➤ "The slightly harder edged and subtly raspy lead vocals adds grit and a little bit of contrast, which provides an efficient natural tension and variation to these escapades. A production to seek out if higher intensity Thrash Metal with liberal use of impact riff and rhythm details …"

Frontman Steve says about the video for the song "Roll With The Changes":
"The thing turned out really well. When Marco came up with it, I thought it was going to be something standard - but when he said he needed a GoPro and wanted to film from a moving car, I took notice. When I got to see the video in our rehearsal room for the first time, I was immediately very impressed by it, downright enthusiastic - not least because part of it was recorded in the rehearsal room, where the guys really went wild. We really did the whole thing in DIY mode - and it turned out really cool!"
On their second album "Crossing The Pit", the Brunswick based thoroughbreds deliver eight condensed songs full of unspent, Teutonic energy:
GROOVE THRASH METAL of clearly outstanding class - rousing melodies and top-class choruses are waiting to grab the listener and never let go.
Together they are BLESSED CHILD and cultivate grooving Metal with a strong Thrash influence. With a modern touch, but with enough love for classic Heavy Metal, a very special, quickly inspiring power sound is brought to pulsating life.
