If you’re a fan of more sophisticated sounds, you’ll know the name Richard Lederer. He is well-liked in the Darkwave genre for the extremely emotional and mellow music he releases under the project name Die verbannten Kinder Evas.

The die-hard Tolkien Black Metal fans love his other band Summoning. Ice Ages, though, is a means of transport for the Austrian sound artist.

Lederer uses this Electro Industrial project to release his dark and moody passion for surreal synthesiser spectrums in an adequate way... This third album „Buried Silence“ shows his (resp. Ice Ages’) most versatile facet so far.

Eight years after the release of the last studio album „This Killing Emptiness“, the passionate surrealist sets sail to digitally even more elaborately constructed Electro Industrial spheres with a massive Darkwave touch.

Diffuse and alienated voices of hauntingly intense phantoms accompany the listener on his imagination trip through the fascinating realm of Ice Ages and back.
